These specialized rollers come with a precision-machined V-profile.
And a powerful internal magnetic circuit to center and grip cylindrical loads simultaneously.

The pipes of standard flat rollers can wander or slip.
Our V-Rollers use the geometry of the ‘V’ to mechanically center the load.
Meanwhile the magnetic field locks it in place.

This ensures positive traction for acceleration and deceleration.

Engineering & Manufacturing Capabilities

Dual-Action Holding:

The magnetic circuit can project flux through both faces of the V-groove.
This maximizes the contact area with the pipe surface.
Double the effective holding force compared to a single-point contact.

Coating Protection:

Steel rollers can cause damage to Oil & Gas pipes with FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) or Polyethylene coatings.
We manufacture Urethane-Encapsulated Magnetic V-Rollers.

The Tech:
We embed high-intensity Neodymium magnets inside a non-marring Urethane body.
The magnets are strong enough to pull through the coating to the steel pipe beneath.
Hold it firm without scratching the delicate outer layer.

Heat Resistance:

For welding stations or hot-rolled pipe cooling beds, we use Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) magnets and high-temperature bearings.
They can withstand radiant heat up to 350ยฐC continuously.

A. V-Angle Configuration

Standard 90ยฐ V:
The industry standard for a wide range of pipe diameters.

Wide Angle (120ยฐ / 135ยฐ):
Designed for large-diameter thin-wall pipes (preventing deformation) or shallow trays.

Multi-V Profiles:
Rollers with multiple grooves for carrying bundles of small-diameter tubing or rebar.

B. Magnetic Strength

Ferrite (Standard):
For bare steel pipes and heavy wall thickness.

Neodymium (High-Power):
Critical for Coated Pipes or Heavy Scale.
If the pipe has a 3mm coating or heavy rust scale, standard magnets won’t hold.
Neodymium projects the field deep enough to bridge the air gap and grip the steel core.

C. Drive Integration

Idler Rollers:
Internal bearings for non-driven support.

Drive Rollers:
Keyed shafts or sprocket-driven hubs.
Provide the motive force for the conveyor line.
