Engineering & Operation Mechanics

Continuous Separation Cycle:

Dirty coolant flows into the inlet channel.
And passes under a rotating magnetic drum.

Ferrous particles are captured instantly by the magnetic field.
Meanwhile, clean coolant flows over a weir into your tank.

Dry Sludge Discharge:

A heavy-duty Gum Rubber Squeegee Roller presses against the accumulated swarf on the drum.
Squeez out expensive coolant back into the system.

Positive Scraper Blade:

A hardened stainless steel or spring-steel scraper blade peels the semi-dry sludge off the drum.
Discharge it into a waste bin.
This ensures the drum surface is always clean and ready for the next rotation.
