The “Zero-Contamination” Solution

Ensure compliance with HACCP and FDA safety standards with our High-Intensity Neodymium Head Pulleys.
Suitable for the Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, and Lithium Battery industries.

These pulleys generate an ultra-high magnetic gradient.
Capable of capturing fine iron dust, micron-sized contaminants.
And even work-hardened stainless steel fragments (304/316).

Our Rare Earth circuits use N52-grade Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB).
Achieve surface field strengths exceeding 10,000 Gauss to 12,000 Gauss.

This intensity is critical for ‘Thin Burden’ applications.
Their material layer is shallow.
Ensure that even the smallest ferrous particle is stripped from the product stream before packaging.

Engineering & Manufacturing Capabilities

High-Gradient Multipole Circuit:

We build the internal magnet assembly with a tight Axial Pole Pitch.

This concentrates the magnetic flux directly on the pulley face (Shell).
Create the extreme holding force to trap weakly magnetic particles.
For example, abraded stainless steel shavings.

Sanitary & Hygienic Construction:

For food and pharma applications, cleanliness is non-negotiable.

Full Seal Welding:

The stainless steel shell is continuously welded to the end hubs.
Prevent bacteria traps or liquid ingress.

Surface Finish:

We offer precision machining and polishing to Ra < 0.8ยตm (Food Grade).
Or Mirror Finish to ensure easy cleaning and prevent material buildup.

Shell Material:

We use exclusively Non-Magnetic Stainless Steel (304 or 316L) for the shell.
Ensure 100% of the magnetic flux passes through to the product.
Zero magnetic leakage into the shaft.

A. Surface Treatment & Traction

Smooth Turned Face:
The standard for food belts.
A smooth stainless surface is easy to sanitize and minimizes belt wear.

Food-Grade Lagging:
Some applications require extra traction.
We offer FDA-approved White Nitrile or Urethane lagging (hot vulcanized).
They can provide grip without marking the belt or contaminating food products.

Knurled Face:
A machined diamond pattern directly on the steel shell for traction without using rubber.

B. Temperature Stability

Standard:
Up to 80ยฐC (N-Grade) for most grain and powder lines.

High-Temp:
Up to 150ยฐC or 180ยฐC (UH/EH Grades) for plastics injection molding.
Or hot chemical processing.
Ensure the pulley does not lose strength (irreversible demagnetization) during operation.

C. Shaft & Installation

Direct Motor Drive:
We can machine the shaft to interface directly with hollow-bore gear motors (SEW/Nord style).

Dead-Shaft vs. Live-Shaft:
Custom configurations for internal bearing assemblies (Dead Shaft).
Or standard external pillow blocks (Live Shaft).
