Engineering & Manufacturing Capabilities

Deep-Throw Flux Circuit:

We use an Axial Pole configuration with massive ferrite blocks.

This design sacrifices surface gauss (typically ~2,000 Gauss).
But maximize the Magnetic Gradient.
Extend the pulling force 200mm to 400mm away from the pulley face.

This ensures capture even when material is tumbling mid-air.

Robust Shell Construction:

The magnetic core is sealed inside a non-magnetic Stainless Steel 304 or 316 shell.

We use heavy-wall tubing (Sch 40 or Sch 80).
They can resist the impact of heavy rocks and abrasive ores.

Shaft Integration:

We don’t just weld a bar to the end.

We use XT or QD (Quick Detach) Bushing Hubs or precision-machined oversized shafts.

This allows for easy maintenance.
And ensures the pulley can handle high torque from the drive motor without shearing.

A. Lagging & Traction

A bare metal pulley will slip under a heavy belt.
We offer hot-vulcanized lagging options:

1). Diamond Pattern Rubber:
10mm – 12mm thick, 60 Duro rubber for water shedding and maximum belt grip.

2). Ceramic Lagging:
Embedded ceramic tiles for extreme wear resistance in mining applications (high abrasion).

3). Smooth Rubber:
For dry, light-duty recycling applications.

B. Dimensions & Crown

Crowned Face:
We machine a standard taper (crown) onto the pulley face.
Ensure proper belt tracking (self-centering).

Flat Face:
Available for specialized wide-belt applications.

Custom Sizes:
Begin from standard 8-inch (200mm) diameters for portable crushers.
As large as massive 48-inch (1200mm) pulleys for main mining conveyors.

C. Shaft Machining

Keyways:
Machined to ANSI or Metric (DIN) standards to fit your gearbox/motor coupling.

Stepped Shafts:
Custom turn-downs for bearing blocks (Pillow blocks).
