Engineering & Manufacturing Capabilities
Zero-Contact Power Transmission:
We use high-grade Sintered NdFeB rings with multipole magnetization (typically 8 to 24 poles).
Create a strong magnetic coupling between shafts.
This allows torque transmission through air gaps of 1mm to 10mm depending on the wheel size.
Precision Aluminum & SS Hubs:
The magnetic rings are mounted on precision-machined Anodized Aluminum or Stainless Steel 304 hubs.
We ensure tight concentricity (<0.02mm) to prevent wobbling at high rotational speeds.
Overload Protection:
Just like our couplings, these gears function as a safety fuse.
If a glass substrate jams on the conveyor, the magnetic wheels will ‘slip’.

A. Parallel Transmission Wheels (Spur Type)
Function:
Two magnetic wheels mounted side-by-side on parallel shafts.
Application:
Driving long conveyor rollers for Glass Substrates (LCD/Gen 8.5/Gen 10), Solar Panels, and Rigid PCBs.
Key Feature:
Ensures synchronous rotation of multiple rollers without using dirty chains or belts.
B. Orthogonal / Perpendicular Wheels (Cross-Axis)
Function:
Transmits torque between shafts positioned at a 90ยฐ angle (similar to bevel gears).
Application:
Directional changes in conveyor systems, corner modules.
And vertical-to-horizontal drive transfers.
Key Feature:
Solves the complex problem of driving corner rollers.
Not using mechanical bevel gears that require lubrication.
