This ensures that even tiny components bridge enough magnetic poles to be held securely against the grinding wheel.

Key Technical Advantages
High-Density Magnetic Flux:
The tight pole spacing concentrates the magnetic force at the very surface of the chuck.
This provides exceptional grip on thin parts (down to 2 mm thickness).
And without the magnetic field penetrating through the part and magnetizing the machine spindle.
The “Shim” Capability:
Because it is electromagnetic, you can turn the power down to 10-20% to lightly hold a warped thin plate.
This allows you to grind the top flat.
No need to pull the “bow” out of the material.
It is a technique impossible with standard permanent magnets.
Waterproof Reliability:
Like the standard version, the internal coils are fully potted and sealed (IP67 equivalent).
So, it can withstand continuous flood coolant and grinding sludge.
