Description

The MCC Series is our premium “Double Sine” magnetic fixture.
Suitable for complex toolroom applications that require Compound Angles.

Unlike standard single-axis sine plates, the MCC allows you to tilt the workpiece on both the longitudinal (X) and transverse (Y) axes simultaneously.

We build with high-grade Hardened Alloy Tool Steel.
This fixture provides a rigid, vibration-free base for precision surface grinding and EDM operations.

The top face features a Super Fine Pole Magnetic Chuck.
Pitch: 0.5+1.5 mm or 1.0+3.0 mm.
Ensure that even small, intricate parts are held securely while tilted at steep angles.

Key Features & Benefits

Compound Angle Capability:

The dual-hinge design allows for tilting up to 60∘ in two directions at once.

This eliminates the need to un-clamp and re-position the workpiece to grind complex geometries.

Positive Locking System:

Features heavy-duty locking straps on both axes.

Once the angle is set, the mechanism locks rigidly.

Prevent any movement or “chatter” during the grinding process.

Distortion-Free Hardening:

The alloy steel body is heat-treated to maximize wear resistance.
And ensure that the “sine rolls” maintain their precise distance over time.

High Precision:
Offers an angular accuracy of 0.007 mm/100 mm, using standard gauge blocks for setup.

Expert Insight (Pro-Tip)

Why “Double” Sine?

Manufacturing cutting tools, complex mold inserts, or jigs may require a compound rake or relief angle.

This fixture allows you to grind those angles in a single setup.

This drastically reduces cumulative errors compared to using multiple stacked fixtures.
