1. Material Grades
We’d recommend to use N50 and above for such a small dimensions, in order assure sufficient pull force
- Available grades: From N35, N38, N40, to N42, N45, N48, N50, N52, N54
- Temperature grades: From standard temperature to H, SH, UH, EH, AH, TH
2. Dimensions
– The smallest hole we can drill is 0.2mm, -/+0.05mm
3. Surface Treatment
As a common practice, we offer Nickel-Copper-Nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni) plating for magnets by default.
If precision is a major consideration for your applications, better to pick Parylene coating.
