Temperature resistance

  • High temperature resistance up to 380°C (temperature resistance of epoxy coating itself)
  • Working temperature range: -30 to 200°C (250°C for 1 hour)
  • Maximum operating temperature around 150°C

Coating thickness

  • Typical coating thickness is around 15-30 microns
  • Recommended film thickness: 20 to 200 μm
  • Thickness of epoxy coating without Ni-Cu-Ni: approx. 10 microns
  • Recommended dry film thickness: 2 mils minimum up to 8 mils total
  • Wet film thickness: 8-12 mils, dry film thickness: 8-12 mils

Corrosion resistance

  • Almost 100% non-corrosive, as long as the coating is intact
  • Salt spray resistance for 72 hours
  • Moisture resistance: 49°C at 98% humidity for 500 hours or more

  • Not shock-resistant, may crumble or crack under impact
