The grade of neodymium you can pick:
- Most cost effective: N35 – N42 (High performance at economical prices)
- Demanding: N44 – N48
- Superior performance: N50 – N54 (Best when you need the highest performance and the space for magnets is limited)
The higher the number that follows N, the greater the magnetic field the magnet can offer.
The grades that Osenc offers range from N35 to N54.
- N42 grade gives you excellent strength for the price.
- Grades higher than N42 can cost more, but they are not proportionally stronger.
We generally no longer manufacture grades lower than N35.

- 7 days for regular shapes, convenient for quick delivery
- 20 days for custom designs with complex geometries or specific requirements

- Check magnetic strength and direction, using magnetic field viewing films and magnetic bars, AQL = 1.5, C = 0
- Measure dimensional tolerances and deviations, using tools like calibers and thickness micrometer, AQL = 1.5, C = 0
- Verify magnetic flux density and surface field strength, by picking 10 pieces randomly
- Visual inspection ensures no defects in appearance, AQL = 1.0, C = 0
